The carburetter on the QR50 is a little Keihin PA28D-A, which has a 13 mm bore. It's just dirty:
There's a bit of residue in the float bowl:
It cleans up OK with carb cleaner and Cillit Bang:

I still need to work on the cable boots, to get that paint off. The carburetter's only fault is that the float bowl drain O ring is knackered.
