No, you didn't miss it. The holes were O...HaHa! No, you didn't miss it. The holes were OK - mildly worn I'd say. I put them back together as they were, on the basis that welding them up and re-drilling may leave them worse than they are. I though I might put a couple of hard pins in reamed holes between the basket and the sprocket, because I could do that and still guarantee the screws would be in the right place - but i am going to put it back on the road and see if it happens again.
