A brief look at the crankcases for the QR50 mini-moto reveals that we are either going to be buying some new cases or learning to weld aluminium:
One example of the generator side case has a mounting missing:
The other has damage around one of the casing screws:
Fortunately this has the missing mount present, so there may be some cutting and welding on the cards:
This appears to be part of the exhaust mount:
